Great company, left another review for them on trustpilot. First one was months ago when they sent my order to DPD, tracking said it was still in same DPD building in England like 5 days later. Contacted Prime Vapes and never asked for anything except for them to contact DPD.
Opened my email the next day they had sent y original 6 liquids out with an extra free for incovenience. DPD said they were overwhelmed due to Royal Mail strike times.
Yet the second order prime vapes sent to them arrived days before the one DPD lost almost a week ago. Was a win/win got a freebie I neevr asked for and and extra liquid with order then the other 6 liquids arrived.
Had couple orders in since, I like doozy, bar 500 and the havana pod salt along with their fruit ice ones so got 3 of those for a tenner and 5 of these bar salts I'd never heard of for a tenner plus the aspire BP coils which cost almost £4 quid for these thick mesh longer lasting ones that goto 55 watts. 5 are around 11 or 12 quid here and orders over 30 are free delivery.
Ordered those for that reason then 8 liquids as they had all my favourite brands on clearance 4 for a tenner. Proper premium like doozy, punx,pod salt,OHM, Dinner Lady etc so was great.
Decided to go for next day delivery at 99pence since order was over 30, however I didn't make order until Sunday so I have no idea how my coils and lquids all arrived from the posty like 18 hours later. I expected Tues with not ordering until Sunday afternoon and they have to send,
Tracking on royal mail said didn't exist yet, then at like after midinight said Prime vapes had sent the coild and my liquids to them and would be scanned on delivery, woke up to the posty and they were here lol, no complaints. Excellent service once again.
if you also use the Bp80 i recommend getting the coils I get but use at a lot less than 55w and they last for ages.
Company is amazing, products are and the customer service is absolutely superb in how they dealt with issue with first order and the communication with me was during this.
I really need to stop being lazy typing in my email and card and become a member as this is my go to now.
Hopefully you have the BP80 pods too as i need a new one, having to use those 2ml once you get with device originally just now as i forgot to lock my vaope, burnt my leg and now the drip tip went out of shape and coil is stuck in.
Lucky I have back up pod and a vape which I also got from here for siting around for around 19watts for the sweet spot which is also an aspite, like my BP80 for that good old fashioned head rush that helped me stop smoking when i discovered Salts rather than freebase I had to vape constantly and occaionally a cig here and there.
Since the switch to salts over a year ago and this site having every product i need at far cheaper prices than the high street stires which inflated in price using covid as an excuse I will use exclusively here now.
Sorry this review was only meant to be about the coils but I wanted others who may not have seen my truspilot reviews to see how great you are with product quality/range, speed of service and amazing customer service, Top company and if your here for these coils take a browse and you'll find plenty a bargain on actual quality liquids,there are tons so take your time and dont rush like I did once then regretted it as I saw my favourite bar 5000 energy ice after order was placed lol !
Thanks so much for treating continued customers as good as most companies only treat new members to suck them in.
Also thanks for the free sweety with each order lol, my kid and my niece fight over it if both with me so i got a bag as spares and pretend two get sent now lol !
But yeah anyone pondering whether to buy or not go for it, easily the best of many places ive tried over the years online,
I dont even click on the emails fromt eh other ones since last quarter of 2022 as although good.
Prime Vapes are the top of the list easily.
