The Aspire PockeX is a brilliant AIO (all-in-one) device equipped with a huge 15000mAh battery and a tidy MTL tank. As this kit is an AIO, you don’t need to worry about purchasing a compatible tank or battery, it’s all ready to go straight out the box. The PockeX has been a staple in the Aspire family since 2016 and is still going strong 8 years later with various upgrades over the years. The technology used for this kit is outstanding and has outshone many vape pens that have come after it. The sleek metal design paired with the easy to use mechanics makes the PockeX one of the best vape kits for beginners looking to quit smoking and intermediate vapers making a brilliant first kit.
Aspire are still one of the biggest manufacturers in the UK vaping scene with products such as the newer Flexus AIO and Gotek X and the older Flexus Q & Stik taking the vaping market by storm. Aspire focus on simplicity and ease-of-use which is obvious from their elegant products. They don’t add huge screens or tedious touchscreens to their beginner kits to ensure their products are always accessible to all levels of vapers.
The Kit
Battery & Power
The Aspire PockeX features a large 1500mAh built in battery that can be charged up via any USB-C cable. When vaping MTL (50VG/50PG e-liquids or nic salts) one charge can last you a few days. This robust kit can push up to 23W when using a 0.6ohm PockeX replacement coil, and 18W when using a 1.2ohm coil. This is a perfect wattage for a MTL kit as it lets the battery last longer while producing a real satisfying hit.
The Colours
There are 6 main colours available for the PockeX, with 5 extra colours being added as Anniversary editions. The original colours are as follows:

The button located on the Aspire PockeX is a multi-functional button. A ring around the button lights up in order to indicate battery level. A red light means there’s less than 30% battery remaining, and a blue light indicates over 30% battery remaining, this way you’ll always know when to charge your kit. Simply press the button 5 times to turn the device on or off, leaving no room for error like many other kits with finicky screens and multiple buttons. Don’t worry about misfiring with the PockeX, after the button has been pressed for 10 continuous seconds the device will automatically cut off to prevent a dry burn.
The Tank
The PockeX tank is designed to sit flush and work only with the PockeX itself. This way you get the best performance possible and get to experience everything the kit can offer. Because of this amazing, built-in design, the PockeX tank is extremely leak proof. Don’t worry about replacing parts of the PockeX, all parts of the tank are available to purchase if anything breaks so you don’t need to buy a whole new kit (like many brands). You can pick up replacement top caps, glass tubes, and even drip tips.
The PockeX tank features a transparent, clear, juice viewing window that displays the maximum e-liquid level, as well as the current e-liquid level. This makes refilling the PockeX a breeze, you don’t need to worry about overfilling or under-filling your kit. It’s super simple to fill up the tank too. Simple unscrew the top of the tank and place your e-liquid nozzle in the tank. Make sure to not put it in the coil in the middle though as this can cause spitting and flooded coils. If you’re filling up a tank with fresh coils remember to let the e-liquid soak into the coil before taking a puff to ensure the coil isn’t dry. This usually takes around 3 minutes.
The Coils
There are 2 different resistances that the Aspire PockeX coils are made in. There’s:

The 0.6ohm coil is great choice for people using 50VG/50PG or 60VG/40PG e-liquid / nic salts. The 0.6ohm coil will produce moderate vapour while giving a satisfying and strong throat hit. The 1.2ohm coil will produce a milder throat hit with minimal vapour production. This will feel more like smoking a cigarette to help you transition easier. It’s recommended to use 50VG/50PG or 40VG/60PG e-liquids with the 1.2ohm coil.
