Taxes and Fees - For all EU countries, VAT and import fees may be due on delivery, these fees are payable by the customer (you), please check locally before ordering.

Undelivered / Uncalled For Parcels - Where the customer (you) refuses a parcel on delivery, the cost of the shipping is non refundable and will be deducted from any monies due to be refunded to you.

Parcel Weights - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight. Where any order exceeds 2kg, we may split the order in to multiple packages.
